TGF Lessons are built to help athletes develop real confidence through high-quality instruction, competitive training, and consistent effort. With experience playing at the high school, collegiate, and summer league levels, our goal is to teach the fundamentals, mindset, and work ethic needed to improve both on and off the field. Whether it’s hitting, fielding, or overall player development, every session is designed to challenge athletes, build confidence, and help them compete at a higher level.

JD Genter

JD Genter is a longtime competitive softball player known nationally for his success in Major slowpitch softball and his years competing at the highest levels of the game. A former member of the USA Men’s Slow Pitch National Team and longtime Long Haul Bomber, JD built his reputation through power at the plate, strong defense, consistency, and a team-first mentality. Before softball, he played four years at Chatt State and Southern Poly Tech, helping shape the experience and knowledge he now brings to player development, competition, and the growth of TGF.

Micah genter

Micah Genter played five years of collegiate baseball at Carson–Newman University, where he built a reputation as a gritty, dependable infielder known for his work ethic, consistency, and leadership on the field. During his career, Micah appeared in over 180 games for the Eagles, contributing both offensively and defensively while competing at a high level in the South Atlantic Conference. His experience playing college baseball, combined with years around the game, helps shape the competitive and development-focused culture behind TGF Baseball and player instruction.

Reece genter

Reece Genter played two years of collegiate baseball at Bluefield University after a standout career at South Pittsburg High School. A 2× All-State selection and 2× Best of Preps honoree, Reece built his game around versatility, competitiveness, and a strong understanding of player development. Along with collegiate experience and years around high-level baseball and softball, he brings a hands-on approach to training focused on energy, effort, confidence, and helping athletes compete at their highest level.
